Scholastic Book Fair
The Scholastic Book Fair was very successful once again. A big thank you goes to all of the parents, staff and students that supported this event. We received more than $1500 in cash and books for our school library.
Lunch Bunch FUN!
The Lunch Bunch Book Clubs for 5th and 6th grade students have been well received. Thirteen 6th graders and twenty 5th graders, along with their adult buddies, participated in reading and discussing the book, Leepike Ridge. 4th graders will have the chance to join in January. In February and March 4th, 5th, and 6th graders will be offered the chance to join up again. We will be reading books by the author, Gloria Skurzynski. Ms. Skurzynski will be coming to our school in April to visit our older students. Kindergarten through 3rd grades will also have some special activities happening this winter. Watch the school website for details.
Fifth and Sixth Grade Voki Projects
Take a moment to check out our Voki Biography Project completed in Library with Mrs. Rickabaugh. Students did an excellent job depicting the famous person they were assigned to research. (Click Here to see a few of our Voki's)
Library Catalog
To find a book please visit our Library Online. Students and parents can search for books by title, author, reading level, subject, and series. The school library has a great collection of books, but the students can also read from your home collection or the public library.
